2. Scheduling and Attendance

• All sessions must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via email or our scheduling platform.
• Clients are expected to be punctual and prepared.
• If you are late, sessions will still end at the scheduled time.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed in full.
• Frequent cancellations may result in discontinuation of services.

4. Payments and Fees

• Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major payment methods as communicated during booking.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Conduct and Responsibilities

• Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow instructions during sessions.
• Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may lead to termination of services.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that minor students are available and prepared for sessions.

6. Educational Materials

• All lesson plans, study guides, and learning resources provided are for personal use only.
• Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent from Now Test Prep LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

• While we are committed to providing high-quality educational services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, test scores, grades, or admissions results.
• Academic success depends on individual effort and factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Now Test Prep LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services rendered.

9. Privacy

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal data.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kings County, New York.
